Nobody knows you better than you. Therefore, nobody should bring you into what you are not. People tell you who they want you to be. If you allow men to validate you, they will control you and “Lord” over your life. As a matter of fact, knowing your true identity is not synonymous to pride as many think it is. Pride means boosting in your achievement and becoming unsecured about other people’s achievement. However, knowing your true identity makes you humble.Humility in the sense that, you know who you are and you are not threaten by any man’s feat neither are you seeing other man’s performance as inferior to yours. Please note, low self esteem is not humility, rather, it is a lack of identity of the one who lives in us that makes us who we are.

Develop your mind by studying books of great achievers, especially in line with want you see yourself becoming. Feed your Spirit by seeing your true self in the mirror of God’s word.
