WHAT CAN YOU SEE? Part 1
Vision means to see. Nevertheless, we won’t just stop at that to define what vision actually meant. Having studied the creation story in the scriptures(Genesis 1:1-2), I was inspired by the Holy Ghost to share with us on what vision could also mean, through what God almighty did Himself at creation.
The term vision can also be defined as that BIG PICTURE you see, whenever you look inwardly into your heart (i.e. your real self). It is a Picture which has the capability to propel you into actions, until the image of your heart becomes a reality.
At this juncture, I will also like to let us know that not all big pictures become a reality. However, that doesn’t mean the Picture was not real or realistic at conception. It happens that, when a big picture which was very real and realistic to the visionary, suddenly now becomes unrealistic, such big picture becomes a broken picture.
A broken picture is a vision which becomes unrealistic, by accepting the language of impossibility the devil speaks to our mind. Jesus said in His word, “…If you can believe,* all things are possible to him who believes.” Mark 9:23-24 (NKJV)
As long as you can conceive it, you can achieve it. The strength to carry on with your vision couldn’t be with someone else to do, but you. It was you who saw the BIG PICTURE.
Though, other men could join in the race towards making your vision a reality. But remember this; The only thing you could do for co-visionary(i.e.those who which to run with your vision) is to DUPLICATE THE BIG PICTURE you saw to them. However, the ORIGINAL COPY of the big picture still remains with you. Please know this, you are equal to your vision becoming a reality. Don’t give up on it!
“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep” Genesis 1:1-2(KJV).
Considering our main bible text (Genesis 1:1-2), we realized that God Almighty had being in existence ever before the beginning began. He had a wonderful picture in His heart before anything began at all. However, God never left the big picture of His heart dormant, God did something about it. Did you know what God did? Yes! He spoke the picture of His heart into existence, by creating the heaven and earth; a product what was in God’s heart.
There is a big picture you keep seeing whenever you look inwardly, what have you done about it?
